Patrick Edward Greenlaw was born on August 13, 1948 in Portland Maine to Edward Winslow Greenlaw and Grace Viola Dowd. Patrick graduated Magna, Cum Laude from the University of Maine in 1971. While earning his Masters Degree, Patrick graduated Summa Cum Laude at Boston University in 1974.
