Successful Manager Becomes Healthier While Working Towards Retirement.

Successful Manager Becomes Healthier While Working Towards Retirement.

I’ve worked in Air Traffic Control for nearly 30 years with the bulk of my career in management. Over the years the stress in my life caused me to adopt many bad habits that resulted in considerable weight gain and weight associated health problems. It seemed every time I went in for a physical, my doctor would add or increase medications. I never felt good and I could never find a way to improve my life.

Last year I was at 243 lbs, the heaviest I had ever been. My blood pressure was 158/135 (taking medication). I had problems sleeping, walking, and climbing stairs. My knees hurt with any activities and I gasped for air just climbing stairs to my 2nd floor office.  Any mild exertion at all and I felt like I ran a marathon.  Then I started to have serious back issues from the weight gain.  In my mind I was becoming a physical mess.

That was until Isagenix®.

This spring I went to Dr. Frank to help me with my back. I discussed my health issues and we talked about my weight.  I knew the weight was the basis for most of my health problems, but I didn’t know what to do.  Dr. Frank introduced me to Isagenix.

I read product information and testimonials and decided to give it a try. After receiving my first delivery, I was very skeptical about a box of liquid and powder making any serious difference in my life. Thinking back to that day now I laugh, I was certainly wrong…

After completing the 9 day system, I shed 14 lbs and my blood pressure dropped to 81/50. I returned to my general physician and he cancelled several of my prescriptions and reduced the rest. This was a great day!  I was loosing weight and not taking as many medications (a big savings).  I immediately went on the 30 day system and continue to use a variety of the products to this day. I continue to shed weight and lost another 26 lbs following the first 9 day system, my blood pressure stabilized at 110/72, my back and knees no longer hurt, and I feel better than I have in decades*.

After loosing the first 25 lbs I decided to purchase a treadmill and I now enjoy a 5k run 3 to 4 times a week. I added weights to my weekly routine and my overall body condition is the best it’s been in many years. I no longer gasp for air during exertion; I sleep better, and feel better with more energy and excitement for life.

Recently, I looked at my future and realized that retirement was near. Since Isagenix has a fabulous business model and I’m now a personal success story, I decided to take my experience to my friends and start to build some residual income. Although I just started my business, it grows each month*.  Additionally, I’m now coaching others on health and nutrition and everyone I’ve personally exposed to Isagenix is experiencing similar results to mine*.

Isagenix has a truly amazing product line. The Cleansing and Fat Burning Systems® are simple to use, easy to transport on trips, and packed with good nutrition.  I plan on using Isagenix products for the rest of my life….It helped me turn my life around and I know it can help anyone.

We do hard things, never afraid, we push back!   Much love and respect Shred Heads. ⚔️   Isn’t the new logo so FIRE? 🔥 !!!!   Yes, we realize it isn’t that much different, but at the same time, for us it represents a vision fulfilled. Did you forget what it felt like to Come Alive?

You will forget, we always do. That’s a given because that is human nature. We all do it. Predictable behavior.  You will forget how bad off you were.  You will forget how discouraged you were.  You will forget, even if you had not seen any progress whatsoever for years or even decades. Give it 3-4 months and you will forget the gift you gave yourself in ER Shred.  Why do we forget what it was like to feel so bad at one point? We just do. And that’s when we return to the bad stuff that we know we really can’t get away with and that we promised to never return to, not ever again.    Like a dog returning to its vomit.  How do I know? Because I lived it many times. I would get sick from what I was eating and I would end up having to eat anti-acids all the time. When things would get to their worst, I would be forced to turn to a complete 14 day stomach acid medication that would shut down any stomach acid whatsoever. That is so NOT healthy IMO. Man. I can...
